Farmer Jo: Still Praising the Fizzy Machine

Around our house this our Soda Club Seltzer Maker is called the fizzy maker, and before we sit down to a meal one of us will request the other “fizzify” a bottle of water. After my good chef knife and favorite pan this is one of my all-time favorite kitchen tools.

I wrote about our Jet Seltzer Maker over a year ago. We still love it and use it almost daily. The Seltzer Maker would be a great holiday gift. It is far cheaper then buying seltzer and is a smarter environmental choice. No shipping water across the country. I really can’t praise this machine enough. (I secretly have my eye on the Penguin model… glass bottles seem so chic!)
